Position Title ： Sales Analyst

Key Operational Responsibilities：

1. Month end and year end closing
a. Sales reconciliation between SAP GL and DW
b. Selling price checking before closing
c. Quick Saving booking preparation
d. Warranty accrual and actual checking
e. Variance analysis between budget and actual
f. Variance analysis between forecast and actual
g. Variance analysis between forecast and actual
h. Support financial audit

2. Day to day operation
a. Selling price checking and following up according to contract to ensure data accuracy in SAP
b. Check actual Quick Saving approval process and booking
c. Intercompany quotation based on Hella rule

3. Forecast and Annual budget
a. Weekly Sales forecast preparation for current month via review with Sales, Log and Production
b. Monthly Sales forecast preparation for following month via review with Sales, Log and Production
c. Quarterly Sales forecast preparation for current year via review with Sales, Log and Production
d. Budget Sales preparation via review with Sales, Log and Production
e. Variance analysis

Competences required ：
Education: Bachelor (or equivalent) in accounting/finance.
Preferred Career Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing sales analysis and with ERP systems knowledge.
Soft Competencies :

1. Understanding of different car models from market
2. Familiar with accounting processes, procedures and internal controls,
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
4. Motivation and a proven ability to meet financial deadlines.
5. Willingness to drive & improve
Other Requirements:
1. IFRS knowledge is plus
2. Fluency communication in English - both written and oral is must
3. Fluency in Excel and power point.
4. Automotive industrial or home appliance manufacturing company experience is desirable
