我们是一间手机软件工作室，专注于品牌App与游戏应用的开发，公司于2009年成立，在上海、长沙与新加坡均设有分部。

总部设在上海，工作室的建立者来自欧洲、美国和亚洲，并有着总计超过50年的行业经验。我们有25人组成的专业团队，提供用户体验与用户界面设计的专业咨询设计服务，同时进行主流平台的App软件开发，主要成员具备不同的文化背景，并且来自领先的手机移动媒体，游戏行业和中国互联网投资行业。公司管理团队还有多年行业内公司的从业经验，比如奥美（Ogilvy & Mather），Y&R，Wunderman，IBM Global Services，BearingPoint，CapGemini，网易，Take-Two / 2K China，Ubisoft等。

在3年的时间里，我们已经发行超过40个手机应用，服务客户为Lonely Planet, Greenpeace, Red Bull, Ford, 渣打银行以及Sephora等国际知名品牌。

主要职责:

- 领导和管理软件开发项目，满足公司内外部项目需求

- 专业地组织和领导涉及项目经理、开发人员、测试员的需求分析、开发、测试等与项目有关的会议。

- 完成复杂项目的计划，管理软件开发进度，确保项目中一致的软件质量和服务质量。

- 严密管理整个产品开发生命周期。识别和跟踪的问题，评估风险、相关性、效率和关键路径目标等。

- 为客户、开发人员、小组成员等提供及时、特定的项目状态报告。

招聘要求:

- 重点大学学士学位

- 2年以上的领先软件公司工作经验

- 2年以上项目管理经验，如：外包项目、内部团队开发项目的管理经验

- 2年以上作为SCRUM MASTER的项目管理经验

- 强大的沟通技巧，协调各部门团队的管理能力

- 流利的英语和普通话（包括口头和书面）

- 跟踪记录并展示从项目开始规划到管理大范围的项目（包括移动程序、网站）实施的能力

- 在快节奏的环境下，有效运作并同时管理多个项目的能力

- 卓越的分析和解决问题的技能，以及拥有将这些技能和经验运用到各职能部门与投资者之间解决与谈判的能力

- 精通MS Project 、Power Point、Excel的技能，管理或技术领先的软件开发经验者优先

- 精通Github、Mantis、iOS/Android发布者优先

Job Description:

Position:Technical Project Manager

Location:Changsha

Type: Full Time

Start: immediate

Monthly Salary: depending on experience

About Mobile Now

We are a mobile content development studio, with a focus on branded apps

and games. Set up in 2009;hubbing out of Shanghai, Changsha and Singapore.

We have a full service mobile team of 25 and provide consultancy through to

UX and UI design, as well as development across the key mobile platforms.

To date we have successfully rolled out more than 40 projects for wide range

of clients including; Lonely Planet, Greenpeace, Red Bull, Ford, Standard

Chartered Bank and Sephora.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Lead and managesoftware development projects to meet the various internal & external business sponsor needs.

- Expert at organizing and leading requirement

analysis, development, test and other project related meetings with project managers, developers and testers.

- Develop complex project plans, and manage development project schedule and software and service quality in a consistent manner across project.

- Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle. Identify and track issues, assess risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives.

- Provide timely and audience-specific status reports to Clients and Team Members (Developers and others).

Key requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

- Minimum 2 years working experiences in a leading software company

- Minimum 2 years experience in project management, which may be mainly focused on out-sourced project managementor managing an internal team of developers

- Minimum 2 years experience as a SCRUM MASTER

- Strong communications skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management.

- Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing large-scale project implementations from start to finish in the field of Web or Mobile Software development

- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus

- Advanced Experience in using Github, Mantis, IOS and Android submission processes and compilation processes will be a plus
