岗位职责：
1.依据公司相关政策建立、维护和发展销售网络，负责代理商的开发、培训、评估和监督；
2.制定所辖区域销售计划，推进渠道达成销售目标，对渠道销售业绩负责；
3.保持代理商和区域间顺畅的信息交流渠道；
4.协调渠道冲突；
5.负责项目信息收集，掌握所辖区域市场的项目信息，保证对市场容量有清晰的认识；
6.及时分析项目成功和失败的原因，提出改进措施和建议并向上级主管提交项目总结报告；
7.提交有关代理商、项目管理、合同管理和市场信息报告；
8.负责定金、提货款及货到工地款的回收，保持与客户、代理商的联络；

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，二年以上销售经验，有电梯行业经验者优先；
2、良好的人际沟通与表达能力，具有一定的谈判能力；
3、具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下保持积极的工作态度。
