1、大专以上学历，室内设计或建筑艺术类等相关专业毕业。。
2、具有5年以上酒店、会所、办公室、样板房等大型工装项目的方案设计及后期效果图与施工的跟进，协调工作；
3、具有较强的效果图及施工图表现能力。（系统图、立面图、节点图等）；
4、具备良好的美术功底，把握色彩和灯光，对设计要求及空间构成具有较强的理解力和领悟能力，能独立完成设计项目。
5、熟悉各种装饰材料运用及施工工艺．较强的审美能力。
6、具有良好的心态，较强的团队合作精神，工作积极主动，责任心强。
7、熟练运用3dmax、V-Ray、Photoshop、AutoCAD、Sketchup等各类绘图软件。
8, 完成上级布置的其他工作。
9　底薪，2600-3000，提成按总设计费的30%
