-For Siemens Healthcare we are looking for a C3 Regional Director Value Account in Zhengzhou.


What are my responsibilities?
Mission of Function:
-To lead and advance the strategic and financial goals and sales targets of the Healthcare sales organization by managing the (Senior) Account Executive and/ Channel Management in his/her own area of responsibility.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
1). Sales Management
-Drives the achievement/overachievement of order and sales targets on GZ C3/C4.
-Supervises sales management activities and coordinates the efforts of the sales team, as well as the associated partners in the (regional) entities.
-Develops growth plans for entire business unit and/or sales channels to maximize business potential and profitability
2). Forecasting and Funnel Management
-Provides accurate forecasts on orders and revenue
-Ensures funnel is effectively managed
3). Sales Stragegy and Support
-Supervises the development and execution of sales strategy and Priority Account Plans, alternatively
Marketing Plans in GZ/C3/C4, including resource planning
-Maintains and develops contacts and relationships with key/strategic customers on appropriate management levels
-Assists in positioning and negotiating strategic sales orders with customers
-Channel Management
4). Administrative/other tasks
-Reports on sales activities, together with Sales Director (commercial) for the GZ C3/C4, in accordance with internal guidelines


What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor at least.
-Fluent English skilss.
-Understand the high-End post processing.
-Very good selling skill with Healthcare business
-Leadership with education and training to enhance the team selling power. Good at communication skill both internally and externally with customers
-Business sense for Healthcare business.
