Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for providing Corporate support for MQFS and L6S subsequent implementation at all manufacturing sites through plant visit, quality report and influence;
Identify and drive extraneous matter control and reduction programs across all manufacturing facilities by clear EM control plan, new technology introduction and close follow up;
Drive L6Sigma in quality function on assigned IM, for example, MSA through project management, investigation, communication with cross function and internal plants;
Ensure all quality control laboratories, including incoming material, and finished product, maintain a level of quality system conforming with Kraft requirements;
Accountable for organizing the sanitation training, gap analysis and follow up.

Requirements:
University Graduate preferably with a degree in Food science or Biology;
Foods industry experience, at least 5 years for quality function;
At least 2 years of management experience, preferably with external or supplier audit experience;
Able to make accurate judgement during audit;
Local, country travel required.
