Quality Manager质量经理
Key Responsibilities:
主要职责
1. Accountable for EHS of quality department.
2. Set up and implement ISO9001 system.
3. Coordinate and resolve customer complaints for maximum customer satisfaction, organize related action.
4. Set up and run quality inspection system (optical lab) and training, to provide true and unbiased quality information to the company management for appropriate actions. Make decisions on online blocked glass timely.
5. Set up and run chemical lab system, organize related training, and implement proper incoming control, in-process control and glass quality control.
6. Regularly monitor the operation of company quality management system, summarize and regularly report to company management for appropriate decision and action.
7. Conduct statistical analysis on online inspection and chemical analysis, and report it to management for decision and action.
8. As the management representative, organize the annual management review meeting and follow up on decision for improvement action.

Qualification Requirements任职要求：
* Typical Education Level 教育背景： Bachelor degree or above
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验、知识和技能：
Experience with ISO9001
Understanding to chemical engineering
At least 4 years experience on quality management position
Good English and computer skill
