职位描述
Responsibility:
lityTo lead the store management teams in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Provide leaderships, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, stock management and store administration are achieved within designated area of stores. Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs. To consistently take a company wide perspective and build an environment of good team work. To leverage all cross functional relationships to achieve desired results.
带领店铺管理团队达成销售和利润最大化以及其他各项关键指标。提供指导、培训和原则以确保所辖店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行;保证所有公司政策及工作流程得到持续的贯彻执行,同时努力降低店铺成本;不断地打造良好的工作环境和公司发展前景;平衡各种社会关系以实现预期效果。
Sales 销售
1. Lead the team to achieve / over achieve sales and profit objectives.

2. Ensure stores delivers high standards of store and merchandise presentation while adhering to company merchandising principles.
确保团队严格高标准地贯彻公司制定的店铺陈列标准
3. Ensure the company promotional program is implemented as per required standards so as to maximize sales.
确保公司促销计划及标准能够严格执行,以达到销售最大化
4. Make good decisions on the layout planning based on the understanding of merchandising principle.
对于陈列规划有良好的理解,对店铺的平面图进行良好的规划
5. Explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profit within the Watsons operating framework.
在营运框架内,提出并创造有效的提高销售和利润的方法和机会
6. To achieve agreed targets of Watsons OL sales and participation by ensuring high focus at store level.

1. Ensures all Sales Assistants are fully trained effective customer service.

3. Ensures staff with high level of product knowledge.

4. Ensures customer complaints are dealt with immediately and appropriately. Action to minimize is taken.

5. Ensure the highest level of customer service measured by Mystery Shopper score.

Stock Management 库存管理
1. Use information and tools to control OOS to maximize the sales.
通过各种信息与工具控制缺货以促进销售最大化
2. Effective stock level management, including the management of promotion remnant, expiring, etc.
有效的库存量管理,包括(但不仅限于)促销存货,货品有效期管理等等。
3. Knowledge of administrative and stock management procedures and systems to effectively maintain accuracy stock.
具备库存及行政管理的相关知识,确保库存数据的准确性
4. Predicts seasons / events, stock requirement and ensure adequate stock level.
对因季节和节日导致的市场需求有充分的预见性以确保足够并适当的库存
5. Ensures stockrooms are maintained in a clean and tidy manner.

Profit Protection & Procedure Management 流程管理及利润保护
1. Demonstrates a strong understanding of all company policies.

Financial Controls & Admin 财务控制与行政管理
1. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
审核财务报告、销售报表以及其他店铺绩效报表,通过各项财务数据提高店铺的绩效表现
2. Understand how the shrinkage affects the operation profit.
理解损耗如何影响店铺营运利润
3. To ensure shrinkage management is strong and agreed target % is achieved.
确保有效的损耗管理,使店铺损耗控制在目标内
4. To always explore/implement opportunities to reduce costs.

5. Inspects the cash current capacity of the store, ensure the cash to be consistent with the report form.
