?Ensure that local SHE inductions are performed for new employees, contractors and visitors;

?Perform mandatory consultation activities with regard to issues affecting safety, health and environment. This occurs in regards to raw material introduction, product introduction, changes to the site and its facilities, changes to work procedures that affect OH&S and environment management;

?Conduct site monitoring and inspections of all critical and significant environmental aspects and the entire manufacturing site;

?Establish, implement, monitor and review safety and health equipment and apparatus maintenance program. First Aid kits, fire control equipment, pressure vessels;

?Perform all mandatory and statutory licensing activities and reporting requirements to regulatory authorities. This includes renewals, quarterly and annual reporting;

?Raise preventive actions with site and or corporate management that will avert potential quality issues from arising;

?Monitor site quality metrics and then communicate and publicize these to the site’s employees.

Requirements

?Bachelor degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
本科毕业, 化工或化学工程专业
?Over 5 years quality control experience in detergents or chemical specialty industry;
至少5年在清洁或精细化工行业的质量控制经验
?Background in chemical plant safety procedures;
有化工厂安全程序建立和管理的经验
?Supervisory experience.

?GMP experience is a must;

?Multi-lingual – proficient in English and the national language.
