Job Purpose

The online direct sale supervisor is responsible for maintaining the online direct sales presence for IQAir and Vogmask, including HealthPro China website and TMall Flagship store. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent multi-tasking and ability to train and supervise online sales consultants. 在线销售主管一职主要负责IQAir以及Vogmask的在线直销，包括HealthPro中国网站以及天猫旗舰店。该职位要求雇员具备极强的组织管理技能，出色的多任务处理能力，并要求有培训和监督在线销售人员的能力。

Responsibilities

□ Maintaining and updating and increasing sales from the IQAir website by coordinating with our Website Development company 在网站开发公司的协助下维护更新官网并增加IQAir网站的销售量

□ Set up and operate direct online sales channel eg. HealthPro TMall Flagship Store, weichat store etc. 建立并运营在线销售渠道如HealthPro天猫旗舰店、微信销售平台等

□ Building a team to manage the online chat functions for the B2C functions on sales platforms including websites and TMall建立团队管理B2C在线咨询平台，包括公司官网以及天猫店。

□ Sell products through the company webpage and TMall Store 通过公司官网以及天猫店销售产品

□ Coordinating with warehouse to ensure that B2C and B2B orders are filled in a timely manner and that customer expectations regarding stock levels are well managed根据库存水平与库房进行协调，以确保B2C以及B2B的订单及时完成，满足顾客需求

□ Ensure timely and accurate entry of all sales date to the ERP system 所有销售数据要及时并精确的录入ERP系统

□ Response to customer issues and help to coordinate with different apartments to get customers’ problem solved 对顾客问题进行回复，与其他部门协作帮助顾客解决问题

□ Deal with direct products exchange and returns based on product return policy of RBMJ 根据公司规定处理产品退换货业务

□ Manage and training the sales consultants 管理、培训销售顾问

□ Report KPI 报告KPI

□ Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for E-Commerce Manager, Vogmask Director, Vice President and company CEO to review 准备每周以及每月递交电商经理、Vogmask主管、副总裁以及总裁的销售报告 Assist in administrative and other tasks from the manager 支持经理执行行政及其他工作
