职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Set the reasonable sales target for Unit on Gum and periodically review business capacity, market situation and trends of competitors to provide feedback and suggestions to Regional sales Head.
Well communicate with regional head on organization development and also the sales planning on Gum, provide good support on both people development and organization development to ensure the sales target achieved.
Train the business on the Hot Zone professional knowledge to enable the sales team’s capability.
Manage the trade marketing fee for gum and halls category
Communication with HQ POB team to make sure the aligned target and execution.
Ensure storm/thematic promotion/bonus pack, 2nd display investment to drive sellout performance
Closely work with regional sales team to upgrade working effectiveness and efficiency
Requirement:
· 10 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 5 years in supervisory position.
· Have area sales mgr or regional sales head experience
· Have Gum sale management experience
· Key Account Management experience is preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good level of English both in written and oral
