Job Description
Position: Program Manager
Department: Program
Report: Program General Manager
Responsibilities of the position:
- Build up Program timing plan and program budget
- Be the key point of contact with customer
- Manager and maintain the timing plan/budget
- Organize and coordinate weekly program meetings internally and externally
- Manage program risk and related corrective action plans
- Organize and coordinate management gate reviews for each program phase
Education and Background Requirements:
- Familiar with automotive interior trim products, including IP/console/Door Panels
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Familiar with main customer vehicle development process, such as
Daimler/GM/Ford/Nissan/Honda etc.
- Familiar with program management software, such as MS project
- 5+ year automotive supplier program management experience
- PMP or CPMP would be a plus
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills
- Open, enthusiastic in personality and good team spirit
