Client Background
Our client is an American joint venture company in semiconductor industry. They operate a network of manufacturing facilities, sales offices and design centers in the worldwide.

Job Title:
Responsibilities:
· In charge of the whole process of plant facilities such as planning, designing, etc. to meet growth tasks and improve efficiency as well as providing support and expertise on project and construction management.
· Keep and work closely with different departments to provide for energy reductions, error removal, work planning, employee training and teamwork.
· Make sure different equipment under proper operation including waste management
· Ensure the plant 24 hours operation every day all year to make sure that make sure all facilities are safe and under standard.
· In charge of plant EHS program & policy and make sure that all the legal requirements relating to EHS & machinery/facilities are in compliance and to liaise with corporate EHS as needed.
· Keep relationship with agency and utilities company.
· Lead the team to achieve goal ISO14001 and EICC and other related audits’ requirements.

Requirements:
· Degree In Engineering (preferred in Electrical or Mechanical)
· Minimum of 8 years ‘experience at management level in Facilities Management.
· Must be organized, adaptable and possess strong leadership skills with good presentation skills in both English and Chinese
· Budgeting and financial planning skills.
· Troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
· Organizational and time management skills.
· Vision, leadership, and motivational skills.
· Get support from Government agencies/utilities company is preferred
