Essential Responsibilities
• Provide customers with high quality, value added service solutions of ultrasound or patient monitor products
• Service, troubleshoot, repair customer equipment to conform to engineering specifications using various electronic, electrical, and mechanical test equipment
• Repair PCB by following the schematics and test procedure
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of repairs performed and regularly maintain technical and business documentations.
• Provide phone support to customers and reps in order to assist customers and minimize down-time on customer side
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree with 2-5 years work experience
• Electronics or electromechanical background.
• Use of electrical test equipment. Knowledge of test and inspection procedures. Computer network literate, reading of schematics, blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Customer Service mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
