工作要求:
1.3年以上奢侈品零售及2年高级销售或副店长经验; 侽装品牌经验优先;
2.较强的零售服务意识和运营热情;
3.良好的领导能力,表达能力和沟通技巧;
4.能在压力下工作并自我激励.
5.良好的英语沟通能力和计算机技能.

We are looking for a high caliber person to join our team as:
Assistant Shop Manager
Responsibilities:
· Monitor objectives and sales targt to budget/forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
· Monitoring all expenses and costs within the store in order to achieve positive store contribution and be in line with the set budget ;
· Pushing ongoing growth of the store’s turnover;
· Assist in recruitment, training and development of the shop staffs, in order to achieve best business results;
· Guarantee an optimum relay of information within the store and an excellent and transparent ascending and descending communication flow;
· Assist in managing daily administration tasks .

Requirements:
· 3 years’ luxury retail experience with 2 years in senior sales or assistant shop manager level ; Experience in Men’s brand is preferred;
· Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations;
· Good leadership, presentation and communication skills;
· Self driven and able to work under pressure;
· Knowledge of computer applications;
· Good command of English communication skills.
