职位描述

1.ODM Partner Account Manager_ 赴微软
A. 2nd-tier ODM Recruitment: Work with Named Account Leads in Regions and the LINC team to identify Value-add LINC partners to build Business relationship & Attend LINC/LEAP events
B. ODM Readiness
a. Partnering with PTM for Velocity and MDA certification for Quality Assurance and OA3.0 readiness for next version of Windows platform
b. ODM Product collaterals ready on LINC Portal for WW registered Named OEMs
c. Complete ODM Agreements process and ensure compliance
d. Successful Design in/Design Win sharing
C. Regular update on ODM Profile & Roadmap with available models posted on LINC portal for internal stakeholders & external OEMs’ access
D. Business Development
a. OEM requirements match making & aggregation
b. Direct engagement with Strategic OEMs, if required
c. Identify new Innovative designs for Synergy program
d. Drive new ODM designs on new Windows platforms
E. Monthly report & regular communications including
a. Market Intelligence and ODM business insights
b. ODM Pipeline tracking
c. LINC event actions follow up status
d. Weekly LINC team meetings

2. LINC Program Engagement
A. Actively be part of the LINC event ownership for Regional & Global LINC activities
B. Event invitation & communication with ODM partners
C. Product readiness & offers for LINC program
D. LINC Event support
E. Post-event follow up

3. ODM Vertical Capability Development
A. ODM vertical capability development
B. Work with ODM partners to identify regional ISV/SI partners for Solution Alliance
C. LEAP activities involvement with related ODM partners
Performance measurement
The specific objectives and goals will be defined to be measureable including the New LINC partner recruitment, event management and partner engagement outcome
ODM Product Definition
? Event Hero SKU Definition- working with the OES and partner teams as appropriate choosing best available product available for Named Accounts
? Develop Technical Spec for each Hero SKU defined by form factor from each partner. These Specs are shared with OEMS.
Location
China based and will require monthly face to face engagement with existing / new 2nd-tier ODM partners for Pipeline follow up and solution engagement. There is possibility to meet with new partners in other countries to assess candidate capability and suitability for LINC & LEAP. May required to visit China or other countries for ODM recruitment support and Named events.

Qualification
? At least 3 years of Sales experience in IT industry with good understanding of the industrial trend
? Need at least 1 year of ODM business experience & Executive communication experiences
? With knowledge of IT products, especially Notebook, Slate, All-in-1, etc.
? Fluent English for business communication & Reporting
? Open minded with positive attitude
