Experience requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management or related field.Certified Human Resources Professional designation preferred.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Human Resources.
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Demonstrated problem solving ability.
6.Knowledge of computers and software applications.
7.Facilitation skills preferred.
8.Proficient in English.

Description of job duties:
1. Help hiring departments conduct HC planning according to the future needs of organizational development, cooperate with functional heads for SPQ updates.
2. Build up effective recruitment channels, train hiring community with Lominger tool to improve hiring efficiency, be aware of cost effectiveness.
3. Be flexible to help with HR projects or programs; Assist in handling job evaluation, promotion, performance appraisal, merit planning and incentive program. Coordinator of EBE Cat.5.
4. Well execute Eaton performance appraisal program and provide help to employees in need.
5.Be ready as a trainer to deliver HR related training according to actual training needs.
6.Work as a bridge between employee and employer, put effort on cultivation of a harmony work relations.
7.Prepare all HR regularly related report.
