Position: Maintenance Officer

Reports to: Project Manager



Job Summary/Purposes

The incumbent is responsible for co-ordinating all maintenance work for shops, office, warehouse and repair centre.



Responsibilities

· Source for furniture, obtain quotation and arrange for maintenance works;
· Maintain the security systems for the office, warehouse and shops;
· Monitor and evaluate the service of the vendor;
· Co-ordinate carpet cleaning and pest control;
· Assist in preparing budget, project invoicing and costing analysis;
· Co-ordinate with Accounting Department for any invoice and payment follow up;
· On site supervision during window installation
