-For our Energy Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Project Manager.

What are my responsibilities?
1.The PM is overall responsible for the site project execution and the project result in terms of QHSE, time and budget, in line with the contract, relevant organization rules, and guidelines and process descriptions from project release to achievement of FAC.
2.The PM is responsible for the management of the Project Execution Team.
3.The PM is responsible for the financial results of the project like payment, AR, GP.
4.The PM is responsible for the risk & opportunity management in the project.

1.The PM initiates and ensures the transfer and filing of relevant contractual data towards the Project Execution Team (meetings, order document, schedules, communication lines, order variations, specifications, etc.).
2.The PM initiates and performs a risk assessment/ opportunity on the project and issues a detailed project plan/ report.
3.The PM initiates, performs and reports the monitoring of the project progress with respect to QHSE, time and costs.
4.The PM implements and authorizes changes in contract and scope of supply and authorizes major deviation in design, schedule and budget.
5.According to the relevant information to estimate labor and cost in bidding phase.
6.The PM main focus is the customer and he is the focal point for the project for the customers and company management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Project management experience over 5 years
-Have ELV technical knowledge background, especially for Building Automation and security system.
-Commercial knowledge in project business
-Customer oriented
-Solution oriented
-Flexible and easy-going, good communication
-Learning ability.
