A world leading automotive supplier is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager specialized in stamping or injection/moulding process to setup a new factory in Suzhou.

Responsibilities:
estimating viability of new products, design engineering process according to requirement
designing and making the moulding, fixture and jig, and control the cost
making sure of the quality of new product to meet the mass production requirement
managing all tooling related issues (lifecycle, yield, loading) for continuous improvement
surveying the selection and purchasing of capital equipment

Requirements:
more than ten years job experience of engineering or moulding management, and automobile industry experience is preferred
good understanding of the special requirement of clients, and realize it effectively
