A fresh new company is looking for a quality manager with strong food background in Nantong.

This role would be responsible for ensuring that all casing and film products complies with food legislation and is safe for human consumption.

Key responsibilities include:
leading the quality assurance department to set and monitor quality standards across the company
liaising with the process engineering and product development groups to assist them to deliver capable processes and products fit for their intended customer
managing customer complaints and ensuring that appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken
assisting the company in setting the quality improvement strategy

Key requirements include:
bachelor's degree in physical, biological or food science subject
minimum of five years quality management experience in food or drink manufacturing environment with a proven record of achievement
experience in advanced food hygiene (MREHIS) is desirable but a food hygiene certificate at intermediate level must be held
six-sigma / statistical process capability knowledge is desirable
