HR Operation team is mainly focusing on Compensation&Benefit management; also in charge of HR Information system management and HR data reporting, Global HR Core Process system wise support, as well as HR service: on boarding,Exit,contract renew,etc, and time and attendance management, P-filing, etc

Responsibilities：

1. Monitor competitive trends of local talent market, participate in remuneration surveys and benchmarking. Provide the consultancy to HRBP and employees with questions and/or issues pertaining to compensation and benefits.

2. In charge of payroll administration for site-specific legal compliance, periodic audits for data integrity, confidentiality, process compliance, etc. Coordinate with outsourcing

3. Manage and maintain employee benefits programs, propose the continuous improvement benefit plan.

4. Coordinate with global mobility team and ensure the smooth international assignee transition, work closely with supporting functions/vendors to handle other expatriation related benefits.

5. Support Global HR core process concerning C&B

6. Lead workforce annual budgeting; analysis the cost impact on the basis of business needs

7. Lead or take part in Ad-hoc C&B project;

8. Support 3rd party management, commercial Insurance, including medical, life and liability; payroll calculation vendor

9. Other tasks assigned by manager or company

Requirements:

5 years HR C&B working experience

Bachelor or above

Advanced Excel skills, logic thinking and data analysis skills
