Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

· Working with HRBL, global program manager, global CoE to identify and clarify university recruitment needs for each business functions

· Align various graduate programs from different business units for execution.

· Coordinate communications with various stakeholders including HR & business, etc

· Search marketing information, manage networks and relations with professional associations, third parties and internal cross-functional groups to benchmarks with external sources for continually improving.

· Assist to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies

· Implement and host university recruitment activities & employer branding events.

· Arrange trainings for assessors/facilitators/interviewers

· Implement selection activities including screening, interviews and assessment centers.

· Participate interview/selection process to select best campus talents for business

· Deliver/manage offering for all interns/FLP associates hired and coordinate onboard process with transaction team

· Manage intern conversion process and deliver converting offer, coordinate intern to FTE onboard process with transaction team.

· Manage university recruitment report

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

· Great passion on university related jobs, like to communicate with young students with good patience.

· 5 years+ HR working experience. Experience on graduate recruitment/selection or marketing related is a plus

· Strong ability to build, maintain and develop strong relationships with both internal with business/departmental heads, as well as key external graduate recruitment organizations, vendors and opinion leaders.

· Excellent consulting skills, ability to provide specialist advice and recommendations where appropriate.

· Strong project management experience inc. managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.

· Innovative to promote employer branding and develop graduate programs, university relations. Experience in social media is preferred

· Good skills at data management, office software like excel, power point etc.
