This is a FORTUNE 500 company with presence in over 30 countries. Renowned for its world-leading services and products, this vacancy is for Yangzhou site, reporting to plant manager.

Report to: Plant Manager

Key responsibility:

• acquire raw material, spare parts, services and technical purchase at agreed schedule and price to make sure the plant operations could be run smoothly
• new suppliers development-Negotiate prices, terms and conditions and commit agreement by working together with Sourcing Manager, Asia
• manage and execute raw material and production planning to make sure the products are produced and deliver at the right time and quantity
• manage local warehousing department to assure movement of raw material and finished goods are correctly recorded

Key Requirements:

• over five years experience in a buying position managing quite complex raw material categories
• management skill of a team with five to six direct reports
• fluent Mandarin and English is a must
• MS Office, ERP skills (SAP, Ufida)
  experience in Hygienic disposal industry is a plus
