One global leading company is searching for one Manufacturing Manager base in Yangzhou.

Report to Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• enforce best demonstrated practices as standard operation procedure / specification and compliance to achieve production output, operational costs and productivity targets
• prepare corrective action plans and follows up on implementation so as to ensure that production schedules are met
• to drive the technique team to implement the process improvement program and to make process improvement, to drive for new technology implementation and cost reduction
• to help planning team to make accurate production plan to meet the customers’ delivery request ensure shipments to meet customer’s request date support and compliance to all policies

Key Requirements:

• university degree or above in any Technical Discipline
• over five to eight years relevant experience, strong leadership
• manufacturing knowledge
• fluent English speaking
• good computer skill and good communication skill
