职位描述：

1.根据区域的营运团队的需求，为营运部门寻找，面试和提供新的一线员工。
2.拓展和加强一线员工的招聘渠道。
3.对于所在分配区域的环境,能够制定招聘计划和方案。

4.与营运点经理一起合作以确保一线员人员供应充足，并能及时提供人员对离职人员进行替补、。
5.是区域内各营运点有关人员需求和人力资源储备事宜方面的联系人。

岗位要求：

1：大专或以上学历，年龄在24-35岁之间，男女不限，简历请附带电子登记照。

2：有2年以上招聘经验，擅长招聘，有渠道拓展和工伤处理经验。

3：善于沟通，执行力强，能承受一定工作压力。
