职位描述

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES


Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position.


1.Responsible for Preparation, follow up and update of sales budgets, based on: Market analysis of existing and potentially new customers and segments/markets.


2..Responsible for daily sales and development of new customers


3.Responsible for commercial projects, for example: New customers, new products, new procedures for cooperation with customers.


4.Responsible for customer retention and growth, including relation management


5.Follow up on sales targets per customer/market.


6.Planning of periodic and frequent visits.


7.Handling of marketing related activities.


8.Responsible for sales management & development


9.Follow up on customer: Projects, quotations, orders and deliveries.


10.Follow up on all KPIs related to sales and customers.


11.Allocation of tasks and responsibilities.


12.Coaching, development and mentoring of sales team.


13.Sales team member performance evaluation and periodic salary adjustments.


14.Recommend internal / external training for team members.



Qualification & Requirements


· Bachelor degree or above


· Sales background and 5+ years in the large account management


· Experience in sales team management or project management


· Excellent skills on communication, relationship building, coordination and problem-solving


· Autonomous, innovative, team work, outgoing personality and able to work under pressure


· Strong at Marketing analysis and segment marketing


· Fluent in English (both oral and written)
