POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要


BT Services Delivery Analysts are responsible to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with global R&D BT & BT Infrastructure counterparts in order to ensure seamless application system support and services are available across Pfizer Global Biobank and Pfizer China R&D Centre. The person is also be responsible for ensuring effective integration of new applications into the production environment in conjunction with local and global, internal and external IT partners. BT Services Delivery Analyst shall demonstrate continuous improvement in the provision of services, application deliveries, and support to Pfizer Global Biobank and China R&D Centre and work closely with the Business lines to identify opportunities for innovation and increased productivity.


BT技术服务支持分析员需与辉瑞全球研发技术部门及全球其他信息技术部门相关同事间建立并维护高效的工作关系，目的在于确保为辉瑞中国研究开发中心以及辉瑞生物样本中心提供完善的应用系统技术支持和服务。并与当地和全球内部及外部信息技术合作伙伴协同工作，负责确保新的应用系统有效地整合到工作环境中。信息技术服务支持分析员需不断改善其对辉瑞内部各类系统和服务的支持，并与业务部门一同寻找创新和提高工作效率的机会。

KEY RESULT AREAS


l Provide data processing, SharePoint customization & development, data reporting/visualization, business analysis and other IT related services to Pfizer Global Biobank & Pfizer China R&D Center.
l Manage, resolve and escalate, where necessary, application problems and issues, owning through to resolution. Liaise with other IT groups, to ensure resolution of all identified problems within assigned Business area.
l Work with the global IT teams, and Business Implementation Managers to support the successful take-up of new application releases and upgrade activities within the Business community.

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
辉瑞公司于2005年10月31日宣布辉瑞中国研发中心正式在上海揭幕。辉瑞中国研发中心主要为全球辉瑞药物开发提供支持工作。大部分的功能是围绕在I-IV期临床试验研究设计、数据管理和生物统计分析、以及临床试验报告的部分准备工作。此外，该中心是辉瑞全球安全和风险管理部的一个分支，负责安全数据处理和评估工作。研发中心还将为辉瑞公司在中国及亚洲的其它运营部门的员工提供国际标准的临床试验管理规范(GCP)的技术培训。
