Responsibilities 岗位职责：

• CI Target Setting Assist协助制定持续改进目标
• Collaborates with C.I. Manager to assess the current state of the plant’s operation, develops future state vision and implementation plan与持续改进经理协作，评估工厂运营的现状，制定未来状态远景图和实施计划

• CI Project Implementation and Monitoring 持续改进项目实施和跟踪
• Builds up and facilitates cross-functional expert teams to drive breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance in People, Quality, Material Flow, and Cost组建及推进交叉职能专家小组在人员、质量、材料流和成本方面取得突破或最佳绩效
• Uses standard tracking and reporting systems, prepares detail plans, drives project performance, and assures timely completion and achievement of product / process quality and savings goals使用标准的跟踪和报告系统，制定详细计划，推动提高项目绩效，并确保按时完成项目和实现产品/工艺质量和节约目标
• Assists the Continuous Improvement Manager in any strategic initiative that will help in compliance to standards, implementing new systems, and designing creative solutions that will continuously improve the plant协助持续改进经理开展所有有助于遵守标准、实施新系统、制定能持续改进工厂的创造性解决方案的战略性项目
• Be in charge of values Stream Analysis (current and Future State Value Stream Mapping) 负责价值流分析（现状和未来的价值流图）
• Identifies barriers to project success and solicits help from champions when needed找出影响项目成功的障碍，需要时寻求持续改进倡导者的帮助
• Assists in locating Best-in-Class Operations processes, and then getting them into the plant协助确定最佳运营流程，并将其在工厂实施
• Assists in the gathering of JCMS assessment data, collaborates with C.I. Manager to improve Lean-relevant metrics, including those in the 6 panels协助收集江森自控生产体系评估数据。与持续改进经理协作提高与精益生产相关的标准，包括6版图中的标准

• CI Project Sharing and Summary 持续改进项目总结和分享
• Identifies and drives to implement model Lean lines/cells, and then extends to whole plant确定并推动实施模范精益生产线/单元，并扩展到整个工厂
• Supports other C.I. initiatives, including best practice implementation, while striving to improve Business Metrics支持其他的持续改进项目，包括最佳实践实施，同时致力于提高业务标准

Competency Requirements 能力要求：

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields preferred. 本科或以上学历，工程或相关专业优先。
• 2-5 years of manufacturing, quality, CI or Black Belt experience in automotive companies. 在汽车类公司有2-5年的制造、质量、持续改进或黑带经验。
• Seating or interior experience is preferred. 具备汽车座椅或内饰产品制造的经验优先。
• Master Sig sigma 掌握6西格码
• Familiar with CI Tools 熟悉持续改进工具
