1. Specific Tasks

· Report to Legal & Compliance Director

· Provide regular compliance training in respective region internally to employees and if required externally to suppliers/wholesalers/consultants;

· Keep close communication with field forces in order to detect need for new / further compliance training and feedback to Legal & Compliance Director for required training plan adjustments;

· Join all key sales meetings and review related meetings/events/programs from compliance perspective and provide compliance advice as necessary;

· According to the business meetings/events/programs plan, conduct on-site monitoring / spot-checks of thereof under guidance from Legal & Compliance Director;

· Review related documents including but not limited to vouchers, meetings/events/programs applications, fa piaos, etc. and provide compliance advice as necessary;

· Visit and touch field forces at different level on a regular basis to test the healthiness of the compliance culture and implementation of the compliance policies and feedback to Legal & Compliance Director for further making recommendations/ policies;

· Provide advice and consultation for new promotion models and business activities within respective region and feedback to Legal & Compliance Director for establishing guidelines for new approved practices;

· Detect and report compliance issues to Legal & Compliance Director for determination of corrective actions to be taken;

· Coordinate related compliance projects/investigations in respective region;

· Assist Legal & Compliance Director to ensure compliance issues raised in internal audit are expeditiously treated and effective controls implemented in respective region;

· Provide advice regarding any emergency including visit/inquiry by related authorities or hospitals.

· Attend to any other compliance work related assignment, which may be given by Legal & Compliance Director.

2. Areas of expected competencies, experience and knowledge

· Minimum 3 years working experience in the area of compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or accounting firms;

· Strong communication skills, especially interaction skills with people;

· Strong ethical “compass” and integrity;

· Ability to work under pressure and be adapt to new circumstances;

· Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
