职位描述
- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in CHANGSHA,we are looking for a R&D Department Manager / 研发部门经理.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Co-development of strategic orientation in respect of development
- Analyzing and establishing organization / personnel structure
- Supporting the development methodology / environment and tools
- Continuous process improvement in respect of quality, innovation, time-to-market, cost position -> customer orientation
- Participation in RD planning (strategy, budget, orientation and prioritization) with global/local sector/division
- Meeting requirements of global/local business strategy of sector/division
2. Coaching of the project managers and employees:
- Planning (budget, time schedule, quality and requirements)
- Personnel management (agreement in respect of objective, coaching, motivation, team formation)
- Processes and methodologies (deadlines, costs, quality, innovation)
- Technology
3. Agreement on objectives and verification of the achievement of objectives via
- Employees dialogue
- PMP rounds
- Project analysis meeting
- Reporting
- Salary discussions
- Management discussion
- Business workshop
4. Improvement, facilitation and maintenance of the technological basis:
- Identification of new, potentially promising technologies for existing and new products
- Protection of patent rights / legal rights
5. Employee guidance (team lead and talents):
- Development, recognition, motivating and promotion of qualified employees
- Building a creativity environment and free space for individual development
- promotes cooperation and team spirit
- Encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and actions amongst employees
- keeping an eye on successful integration of new employees
6. Compressing / consolidating the reporting process (department status report, development progress, project discussions) by means of Balance Score Cards
- Verification and analysis of report data
- Taking measures for preventive / corrective / improvement counter measures
7. Planning, managing and executing external development and co-operation projects
8. Management and controlling RD cost center
- Planning of a cost center
- Manageing and controlling planned bedgut
- Defining and implementing measures for budget compliance as well as implementation of approved projects
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of energy distribution, automation engineering, HW/SW development
2. Over 5 years experience from management of several projects, project volume > EUR 1 M
3. 2-5 years of management experience required. Responsibility area should have comprised at least 40 employees
4. Has successfully worked in international teams abroad over 5 years
5. Completed studies (university or technical college) in information technology, electronic engineering, power automation
6. Bachelor degree above, second foreign language desirable
7. Readiness for frequent business trips
8. Willing to take responsibilities and work under high pressures
