岗位职责

Responsible for machining of CNC grinding machine

负责数控数控磨床的加工；

Prepare the related grinding wheel, fixture and gauge before machining

在加工前准备相关的砂轮、夹、量具；

Be familiar with using gauge, and inspecting products as per requirements

熟练使用量具，以及按要求对产品进行测量；

Operate strictly as per quality procedures, process planning and standard works, self-inspect every product. Keep good record.

严格按质量程序、工艺规程和标准作业操作，认真自检每个产品，作好记录；

Other works from supervisor.

其它主管安排的工作；

Keep clear machine and good environment around machine as per 5S requirements.

按5S的要求保持机床清洁及周围环境卫生；

Isolate non-conforming parts, and fill out scrap disposition form, and pass it to inspector for check.

隔离好不合格品，填好废品处理程序清单，交检验员检验；

Check machine as per autonomous maintenance requirement and record to keep good conditions of equipment and record

对机床按自主性维护要求进行检查以及做好记录，来保持机床良好的工作状态；

Good hand-over to next shift, including completed job, abnormal situation, and important issues need to take care of.

交接班时，上一班对下一班作好工作交接，包括完成的工作情况，出现的异常情况和下一班要注意的事项；

任职要求

Graduated from technical school, and major in Mechanical, Automatic Control or Mechanical and electrical integration;

中专以上，机械、自动控制、机电一体化专业；

Two years relevant working experience.

两年以上相关工作经验。

Good at operation;

操作能力好；

Good communication, data collection, analysis skills, and good judgment will be plus.

良好的沟通能力,及擅长信息收集、分析和判断。
