Principal Accountabilities 主要职责：
1.Measurement system setup and regularly maintenance; Develops some effective rules to make process run correctly and more efficiently.测试系统建立及日常维护，改善测试工艺及环境以确保测试系统的准确性和效率性；
2.Test plan drawing & scheme, then according to the test plan to build & maintain the test environment.编写测试计划、规划详细的测试方案、编写测试用例。并根据测试计划搭建和维护测试环境；
3.Test process WI and Test equipment technical documents preparing.拟制测试类工艺及仪器设备技术文件和工作标准及作业指导；
4.Testing machine regularly calibration and point check to ensure them work stable and correctly.测试机器日常校准和点检确认以保证机器的正常运行；
5.New test instruments and equipment developing and introducing.New test machine (project) verification & cut in for mass production.新进测试仪器、设备提供技术支持和导入。负责新产品/机器测试各阶段的评审和验收；
6.Current test processes improving and abnormal case handling.Test data analysis and summary for yield improving.测试工艺的技术改进及异常处理，测试数据分析汇总,测试工艺良率改善；
7.Communicate & coordinate with R&D for new tester/method develop and provide technical support.与研发团队等进行有效沟通，并协同研发、质量控制及配置管理等小组工作，提供必要的技术支援。

Job Requirement岗位要求：
1.At least university degree or above,Major in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.本科及以上,电子相关专业；
2.5 years working experience in a foreign funded company,over 3 years working experience on function testing of battary/capacitors. 具备5年外企工作经验，3年以上电池/电容测试相关工作经验；
3.Infotainment test experience, with well-rounded knowledge of electrical products functions test.掌握基本的软件测试理论,熟悉软件测试的基本方法、流程和规范；
4.Good interpersonal skill and team spirit.良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
5.Good English expressions.良好的英语表达能力。
