We are recruiting a Marketing Director on behalf of a multinational company with strong reputation. The Company is a well-developed company in fast moving consumer goods industry. It is a recognized leader in the field and

the world largest manufacturer and marketer in the relative products industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently and actively manage all aspects of HR system implementation project, include feasibility study, project scope, timeline, issues/risks, quality etc.
• Work with the vendor consultant and IT team to accurately scope work through the Statement of Work and define the implementation plan.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plan, Statement of Work, status reports, timeline, change requests and training materials.
• Work closely with the vendor consultant and internal team on an ongoing basis to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, met and understood.
• Proactively communicate with internal project support groups such as IT and system end users.
• Oversee the development of project deliverables and ensure that the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement requirements are met.
• Coordinate with IT team on test plan, test case and test data preparation, test schedule and conduct testing in stage site. Test resource planning.
• Responsible for training to system end users.
• Support ad hoc regional and global projects, such as integration with SAP HR system, downstream system and/or data migration etc.
• Problem resolutions, analyze needs, conduct system evaluation and audit, and initiate system enhancement when necessary to continuously improve efficiency and accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree: Bachelor Degree or plus(with Business or Information System majors )
• 5+ years C&B working experience with around 3 years HR system implementation background.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong analytical skill.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and technology
• Strong customer service orientation
• Comfortable training and/or delivering communication sessions
• A quick learner, meticulous, hard working and able to work under pressure
