PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assists the Production Manager and / or appropriate Department Manager in the planning and scheduling of orders for production to maximize use of manpower and equipment and ensure delivery schedules are met.
2. Assists the Production Manager to prepare operating procedure for new equipment and assist in the training of appropriate personnel in proper operating techniques.
3. Assists the Production Manager to reviews and proposes changes to existing processes/procedures to solve problems or improve procedures.
4. Daily inspection each operation followed the manufacturing procedure and troubleshooting the process.
5. Assists the Production Manager to prepare the document for ISO audit.
6. Responsible for training the new and existing employees, include new process, HSE and others.
7. Inspection and keep the work area safe and orderly. Ensures that supporting staff maintains and follows safety and manufacturing procedures to comply with governmental regulations, to be the leader of manufacturing.
8. Inspect and identify unsafe working habits and unsafe working conditions and advise management of changes to improve operational safety.
9. Responsible for 5S ,TPM and HSE internal auditing.
10. Responsible for security of all plant.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate from junior college ,Requires knowledge of the manufacturing processes and process management. Usually requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in a machine manufacturing environment.
