We are recruiting a senior role on behalf of multinational foreign company with strong reputation.The Company is a well developed company in fast moving consumer goods industry. It is a recognized leader in the field and the world largest manufacturer and marketer in the relative products industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Planning and Performance Management

Proactive business partner to Business Regions in annual business planning cycle.
Periodic tracking and monitoring of Business Region performance to support achievement of company's strategic targets.

Business analysis and problem solving to support Regions

Provide relevant analyses and recommendations to support timely decisions and solutions for Regions as enabler of company core competence - Route-To-Market with Execution Excellence.
Support Finance focal point structure to provide "one-stop" finance partnership with business partners.


Execute HQ projects involving Regions

Support the planning, execution and tracking of HQ projects and other initiatives involving Regions that will support the attainment of company's strategic vision and priorities.


REQUIREMENTS:

A university degree in finance, economics or equivalent
Minimum of five years of finance related experience with enterprises
Experience in FMCG companies relevant exposures to business performance planning, tracking and monitoring
Creative with strong sense of responsibility/urgency
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, solid business acumen
Strong ethical fundamentals
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel and Word. Exposure to SAP R/3 is preferred.
Good command of English skills
