大区经理工作描述：
1.负责对下属（区域经理）的日常管理，对产品的认识和销售技巧方面进行培训；
2.负责对区域内各下属的月度销售目标和完成奖励进行监督和执行；
3.制定对应经销商的促销及市场活动计划；
4.关于产品和销售技巧方面，对经销商管理层及一线销售人员进行培训；
5.负责向延保部上级领导汇报下属所跟进的各经销商的延保项目运营情况；
6.负责寻找和开发有合作意向的汽车经销商、整车厂。
7.能适应频繁地出差。
必要条件：
1.3-5年的汽车业界的工作经验者（如4s店的销售经理或总经理）；
2.大学学历；
3.电脑操作熟练；
4.善于聆听和表达，具有强烈地团队合作及与人交流技能。
