Work Duty/ 工作职责

1. 与高级区域经理共同决定发展目标。Jointly agree network development targets with senior area manager.
2. 在目标区域内通过大量的调查确定潜在的服务供应商。Conduct comprehensive research on target areas to identify potential new providers.
3. 拜访和评估潜在供应商。Visit and assess potential providers.
4. 按照一定要求选择公司或人员作为服务供应商。Select and hire the companies and persons authorised to render services on behalf of the company based on operational requirements.
5. 与服务供应商谈判。Negotiate with providers for price and contract content.
6. 录入并更新供应商数据库，保证呼叫中心在所有时刻得到最新信息。Load and update the providers database so that call center has updated data at all times.
7. 服务供应商合同、相关文件存档，服务单据、资料、证件和物品等发放。File contracts and documents related to providers, send service forms, materials, claims and other goods.
8. 建立、调整和维护公司与服务供应商之间的关系。Establish, regulate and maintain relations between the company and its providers.
9. 服务供应商的风险与成本控制。Control the risk and cost of providers.
10. 处理因服务供应商产生的客户投诉。Solve any incidents and claims reported to the providers while rendering services.
11. 管理已有服务供应商网络来确保其服务质量。Manage existing provider network to control the quality of the services rendered.
12. 对服务供应商网络实施统一的服务质量标准。Implement service quality standards in the network of providers.
13. 根据总部要求推进品牌推广。Push brand promotion following the requirements of Mapfre Asistencia.
14. 定期提交工作计划、实施、评估等上级要求的报告。Hand in work reports required by supervisors regularly.
15. 完成上级交代的其他任务。Achieve other tasks delegated by supervisor.
16. 对部门经理负责。Be responsible to department supervisor.

任职要求/Job Requirement

1. 年龄22-32周岁，大专以上学历，汽车或相关专业/22-32 years old, male, junior college, majored in auto, business administration or related field
2. 一年以上汽车救援、汽车或驾驶服务、汽车俱乐部相关工作经验/At least 1 year work experience, roadside assistance, auto or driving service company, auto club, etc. preferred
3. 驾驶技术纯熟，并可对他人驾驶技术进行评估/Perfect on driving skill, be able to evaluate others
4. 相关证书：驾驶证（C照三年以上）、汽车维修相关证书等优先/Certificate: driving license (at least C over 3 years), auto repair (preferred)
5. 良好的人际沟通能力，谈判技巧/Good on communication with others, negotiation
6. 适应经常出差/Be suitable for frequent business trips
