职位描述

Major Responsibilities include:
主要工作职责:
1.Maximize the amount of contacts that are made to current, negotiating or potential clients especially among the major automotive OEMs in China.
最大程度的联络国内的汽车主机厂的现有客户、潜在客户.

2.Report-making in line with the goals, strategy and action plan of each client visit and submit to the National Sales Manager right on time.
根据公司的目标、战略和每个客户的行动计划来撰写相关报告并及时传报给全国销售经理.

3.Follow-up with the assignments which be from the National Sales Manager with time-effective efforts and endurance.
按照全国销售经理所布置的工作任务在规定的时间节点内跟踪执行并具有良好的吃苦耐劳精神.

4.Reach the sales objectives of the automotive team.
实现汽车团队的销售目标.

5.Prompt response to the clients’ requirements including the preparation for the relevant documentations and proposals as well as the constant updates if needed.
针对客户的需求提供及时的反馈,包括:相关文件资料的准备和方案计划书以及需要的过程中的不断更新与补充.

6.Capable enough to handle the business contacts individually with great initiatives.
积极主动的工作并有足够的处理客户关系和进行客户沟通交流的能力.

Specifically –
特别要求:
1.Automobile industry Knowledge: Having good knowledge of what the trend amongst the automobile industry and either the OEM’s regional managers’ experience or the line managers’ experience in the auto retail sector over a minimum of 5 years working experience there. Better knowledge, as well, of the competition penetration in the industry in term of the products we are selling including RSA (Road side assistance service), EW and MBW, Call center etc. will be preferable.

2.Good presentation skills to introduce and sell our product mix (RSA Motor Pack) and strong interpersonal skills in establishing the good and consistent relationship with the clients in a long strategic approach.
良好的演讲技巧并有很强的沟通能力,这样便能很好的介绍路华公司的汽车产品组合给我们的客户并努力和我们的客户去建立一种长远的战略合作伙伴关系.

3.Spirit of hard-working and always can be devoted to the specific project under deadlines.
工作热情努力并能对于具体的项目舍生忘我的在规定的时间内完成相关工作安排,从不计较个人得失.

4.Innovative personal characteristics and willingness to present/propose any reasonable suggestion to either the development of the team itself as well as the healthy growth of RCA corporate vision.

5.Team Spirit: Should have a sense of belonging to a team. A sense of unity and of experience exchanging as well as support on each other within the team.

Experience & Background Skills Required:
工作经验和专业背景要求:
1.5+ years automotive industry experience, preferably both manufacturing and retail experience
5年以上汽车行业工作经验,汽车主机厂或汽车经销商从业经验者优先.

2.Professional Sales and Marketing skills( Training Certificate will be preferred)
专业的市场营销技巧( 有相关培训证书者优先).

3.Strong project management skills
较强的项目管理经验.

4.Strong interpersonal skills including presentation, PPT making, note-taking and writing meeting minutes and memos
较强的沟通能力,包括:演讲技巧、PPT制作能力和技巧、速记、撰写会议纪要、撰写会谈备忘录的能力.

5.Good sense of sales and marketing, ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines

1.Excellent English and Chinese language skills, verbal and written( Basic Written and reading English is a must , however the fluent spoken English is preferred)
