职位描述
岗位职责
1、跟踪客户需求动态；
2、客户关系管理：通过客户拜访等形式提高客户满意度，及时处理客户异议和投诉，建立、巩固均衡的客户关系平台；
3、负责商务谈判和合同的签定的全过程；
4、应标过程管理，包括：招标信息搜集、投标文件制作、投标资格文件准备等，同时根据投标进程需要，参与或负责投标资格预审、标书修改、内外协调等工作，跟进投标项目，跟踪投标全过程，确保投标任务的完成；
5、账款催收，确保款项顺利回收；
6、根据客户需求，协调相关部门进行方案的准备。
7、协助部门经理完成其它事项
任职资格
1、有HR岗位经验或猎头工作经验；
2、3年以上工作经验；
3、拥有丰富的商务谈判经验，公关协调活动能力强；
4、男性优先考虑；
5、有销售、客服、保险行业经验优先考虑；较强的独立工作能力和团队合作精神；
6、积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战。
