Job Description：

1. Design the training course of MW products and the sales process to the dealer/ dealer groups in aim to let the dealer sales force acknowledge MW products and the necessary sales skills on bettering the sales performance
   
2. Delivery the training to the dealer/dealer groups based on the implementation plan to the MW sales among the dealer groups as long as the cooperation contract has been signed with dealer/dealer groups
   
3. Manage the internal team of trainers/facilitators to communicate with the dealers’ sales force and the management in order to obtain the excellent sales of MW among the dealerships.
   
4. Lead the internal communication with the regional sales team and in coordination with the daily sales efforts of the MW sales team
   
5. Cooperate with the professional training and consulting agencies in bettering our course development based on the analysis of the competitors’ efforts on training as well as the trend of the development of the warranty product sales in CHINA

Job Required

1. Good communication skills and related training experience in auto industry良好的沟通技巧及汽车行业培训经验
   
2. Innovative personal characteristics and willingness to present/propose any reasonable suggestion to either the development of the team itself as well as the healthy growth of RCA corporate vision. 具有创新的个性并愿意对于汽车业务团队的发展和整个路华公司的整体战略的健康发展提出合理化的建议。

Experience & Background Skills Required:
工作经验和专业背景要求：

• 5+ years automotive industry experience, preferably both auto training/consulting /manufacturing/ retail experience
  5年以上汽车行业工作经验，汽车咨询公司/汽车主机厂/汽车经销商从业经验者优先
• Professional Training and Facilitation skills( TTT Training Certificate will be preferred)
  专业的培训技巧（ 有TTT培训证书者优先）
• Strong organizational 、planning and executing ability
  较强的组织、策划和执行能力
