Supplier Manager


JD
1. Set up and improve system of company's providers.
2. Establish/improve/execute performance evaluation system, define/regulate annual & monthly target.
3. Inspect whole handling process of very serious complaints done by NAMs.
4. To develop and manage the different types of provider networks according to the company business demands. Responsible for the network coverage, service quality, the provider's capability and the competitive price's contracts. Assess provider's quality level by performing constant service audit on spot, various trainings and proper management to ensure the high service quality in his area.
5. Assist the regional manager and a team to finish the objectives, meanwhile supporting and consolidating the company business in China by the close cooperation with other departments
6. Is involved in the definition of working targets and objective with Regional Manager.
7. Assisting Regional Manager to finish the objectives and other additional tasks.
8. Developing different kinds of provider network in areas according to the company business.
9. Visiting and assessing the potential providers to finish the extended network coverage.
10. Selecting the providers in terms of company standards and ensuring the excellent service quality.
11. Reducing the cost by negotiating with the existing and new provides to sign a competitive price contract.
12. Perfecting the networks continuously base on the company business development.
13. Assessing, training and managing all types of providers to help them increase the service quality and the general capability in order to be more professional and competitive in the market.
14. Managing the providers to ensure the high service quality in terms of the reports which require you being good at discovering and analyzing the area provider's status and problems.
15. Updating the accurate information into the network management system in time.
16. Summery and edition of provider training material and newsletter.
17. Propagandizing the company to increase the image in the market. Feed backing various marketing information and raise a reasonable suggestion to help company make strategic plan.
18. Achieve other tasks delegated by supervisor.

4. 发展和管理负责区域内公司业务需要的各类服务供应商网络，确保各类网络服务商具备优质服务能力，服务质量和完善的覆盖率。签订具有竞争力的合同价格和服务合同。分析总结区域内的服务质量，进行不断的评估，培训和管理，确保服务质量。
5. 协助区域经理和团队完成工作目标。和其他部门密切合作巩固发展公司业务，支持中国地区的道路救援服务项目。
6. 根据公司要求，与区域供应商网络经理共同计划决定工作目标。
7. 协助区域经理完成团队目标和其他工作。
8. 在目标区域内发展管理公司业务需要的各类服务供应商网络。
9. 拜访和评估潜在的服务供应商，完成良好的服务商网络覆盖率。
10. 按照公司标准选择服务供应商，以确保其优质服务能力。
11. 就合作与服务供应商谈判，管理合作价格，降低服务成本，签订服务合同，让服务商网络更具市场竞争力。
12. 根据业务需要，不断完善服务商网络的发展。
13. 管理，培训，评估各类服务供应商，帮助其提高服务能力和质量，使其更加专业，具备市场竞争力。
14. 善于发现，分析，总结负责区域内的服务商状况，总结，编辑各类报告，对服务商进行有针对性的培训和管理，确保服务质量。。
15. 通过网络工具及时精确输入，更新各类服务商信息，确保及时准确的传递给操作部门。
16. 整理并制作团队管理所需各类培训资料，杂志等。
17. 协助公司了解市场动向和信息，反馈信息，提出合理化建议，帮助公司制定战略性计划。
18. 完成上级交代的其他任务。

JR
1. Degree or diploma holder in automotive engineering, general engineering, or other related fields
2. Proven track record in automotive or other related industry could substitute for physical qualifications.
3. Demonstrated ability to grasp and comprehend concepts quickly and maintain awareness for industry trends and standards.
4. Good at on edition words. Good skill in using of all type of office software.
5. Good communication skill and team work inspirit.
6. Fluent Mandarin and local dialect plus Basic English are essential.
7. Willing to travel
