Main Responsibility

- Take charge of internal audit of invoice team to find out the loophole of work;
- Make monthly analysis report of invoice;
- Back-up team member’s work;
- Check the related information of bills with Supplier Dept before issuing invoice;
- Organize invoices and reconcile with system data
- Correcting and tracking for inconsistent data
- Report checked invoice to payment unit
1) 负责发票组的内控，以找出工作当中的漏洞
2) 每月出具分析报告
3) 备份组员的工作
4) 与供应商进行发票开具前的账单核对
5) 整理发票并与系统中的数据核对
6) 对于不符数据进行更正和追踪
7) 将核对无误的发票报付款部门

Job Requirement

1) Bachelor degree
2) Familiar with Excel, Word
3) Hard working and be able to work under pressure

4) Experience in administration is a plus
