1. 至少3年同类职位经验，优先考虑在多国公司有成功实施经验的候选人。
At least 3 years’ experience of similar positions, any success of practice in MNC companies is a big plus.

2. 候选人应自信，在严谨准备的前提下，能在任何场合对公司任何职位的不合理行为进行挑战，必须具备处理困难和复杂情况的能力。
The candidate should be confident and be able to challenge any one of the company at any time under impeccable preparation. How to handle a difficult and complex situation is a must.

3. 对内部控制与流程设计深刻理解，相关的资格认证可能会有加分。
Deeply understand in internal control with procedures designing. Any relevant certification could be a plus.

4. 热爱学习不同的事物，并愿同公司长期发展。
Love to learn different things and enjoy long term development in RCA.

5. 英文流利。
Fluent in English.

工作描述 Job Description

1. 按计划与职能部门员工共同建立内控系统。
Work with the staff of functional departments to create internal control system under schedule.

2. 评估公司内控系统及业务流程的有效性，帮助职能部门改进以适应快速的业务发展，并符合公司的质量政策。
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control system and help functional department to improve, as well as operational procedures, to meet both the rapid development of business and quality policy of the company.

3. 执行定期对各部门合规、诚信及运行结果方面的监督检查，发现问题并及时跟进，避免公司损失及潜在风险。
Launch regular checking in all departments on compliance, honesty and result sides. Find the problems, follow up and avoid any loss or potential risk to the company.

4. 负责公司年度内审，并协助其他审核，如：集团内审、ISO审核等。
Be responsible for yearly internal audit and assist in regular audits from HQ, ISO etc.

5. 提供定期控制报告、内审报告及其他业务分析报告。
Prepare for regular controlling reporting, internal audit reporting and any other business analysis reporting.

6. 根据管理层要求提供对经营成果、产品和业务分析。
Be responsible in result, product and business analysis according to management requirement.

7. 协助规划、预测和预算的准备与管理。
Assist in preparation and management of planning, forecast and budgeting.

8. 准备并提供对职能部门关于内部控制的培训。
Prepare and provide the training of internal control to functional departments.

9. 处理其他直属经理和总经理安排的任务。
Handle any other assignments by direct report manager or GM.

10. 对计划控制部经理负责。
Report to Planning & Controlling Manager.
