Role Summary/Purpose
The Administrator provides effective and responsive administrative/facility services to support the GE Healthcare offices in day-to-day business operations and activities.
Essential Responsibilities
Proactively support local office daily operation service by independently handling all assigned administrative duties which are including but not limited to the following items:
Reception / switchboard services, mail and courier distribution, meeting room reservation.
Providing administrative support on office annual inspection, business license, tax registration and company chops.
Maintain office equipment, such as projector, copier, fax, shredder and consumables (paper, cartridge).
Supply stationeries, business cards, tea / coffee.
ID badge and access control card management.
Support office projects, such as office move and decoration.
Payment for office daily expenses and report for spending
Support on company events such as Family Day, Year-End Party, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. College degree or above
2. 2 years administrative experience
3. Knowledge of general office management and current computer/office communications technologies, expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
4. Good interpersonal communication skill
5. Proactive, able to work independently
6. Good English skill in both verbal and written communications
