Job Summary:

Provide support to project team and contractor to ensure the project site management smooth and meet EHS requirement.

Job Location:

HeiFei

Responsibilities:

§ Fully understand 3M contractor management procedure;

§ Provide 3M contractor management orientation training to the contractors' management team and workers;

§ Provide 3M internal DR training;

§ Identify contractor work classification at 3M HF site;

§ Act as one of the approver for site construction permit;

§ Daily on site monitor/audit for the contractor management;

§ Work together with team to handle the contractor violation and incident;

§ Collect the site contractor management record and provide monthly SCC report;

§ Archive the contractor management record;

§ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

§ Graduated from junior college or above with major in engineering, EHS or other related disciplines;

§ 3+ years related working experience in contractor site management or EHS;

§ Basic knowledge of contractor safety management;

§ English communication skill both in written and oral;

§ Good PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

§ Foreign company working experience is preferred;
