Position Responsibilities:

1. Deliver installation, commissioning, repair and preventative maintenance services at customer sites.

2. Document all service activities compliant with applicable quality management system / accreditation documents.

3. Maintaining a focus on assigned administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to submitting "paperwork" (electronic and hardcopy) at appropriate intervals, obtaining purchase orders for all demand service, and updating customer information to insure an accurate database.

4. Actively generate qualified sales leads. Promote sales of additional Instron product offerings (systems, accessories & service products).

5. Continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skill sets via company sponsored training classes.

6. Training customer.

7. Temporary / non-traditional assignments may be given by your manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree. ( Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical background )

2. Good English is a must (read, write, oral communication).

3. Teamplayer, able to do hard work.

4. Knowledge about complex system installation and commissioning.

5. Troubleshooting experience

6. Ready to frequent travel.
