Principle Role Objectives:

§ Translation of tender document from Chinese to English,and Translation of bidding document from English to Chinese

§ Provision and preparation of all necessary bidding document including the qualification document, bid bond, supportive document, price sheet, technical proposals, spare parts list, customer list, training scheme and more.

§ Provision of sales material for all servo-hydraulic test components and systems, e.g. brochures, presentations, specification in Chinese language

§ Provision of Customer training materials before and after the final acceptance in Chinese language

§ Assisting the sales engineers to attend the bidding process and get the conclusion

§Participation in the Auto Testing Expo and other exhibitions

§ Taking care and maintaining IST advertisement at auto-testing.net

§ Assisting IST sales manager to organize the seminars and other demonstrations in various opportunities.

§ Work with sales engineer and project engineer to arrange site work if applicable

§ Coordination with service department for the agenda of installation and commissioning and the preparation of the site work including the provision of the interface information to IST partner company, monitoring the partner's work and time schedule.

§ Ensures that IST's name are boosted in Chinese market in a correct way

Requirements:

-Bachelor or master degree in automotive engineering, mechanics or material science

-Relevant work experience in sales support and marketing is preferred but is not a must;

-Strong interest in technic issues;
-Efficient communication skills both in English and Chinese
-Good team player, willing to support others;
-Willing to work under time pressure

-Willing to learn
