-For our Industry sales, we are looking for a Distributor Management Sales in Fuzhou.

What are my responsibilities?
-Functional Area: Sales
-Goals/Mission: Develop the Siemens industry products business and enlarge market share in region central, ensure distributors sales fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and support distributors to achieve sales volume growth, work out business strategy and ensure implementation together with distributors.
-Collect market transparency include key branches, top customers, key competitors etc, analysis market trend and customer requirements in region central.
-Define and implement measures to build up distributor sales competence via training, workshop etc, coach distributors for new customer development.
-Develop new distributor candidates in the region, and qualify new distributors as business requests.
-Monitoring the performance of distributors in region central, include sales volume, sales forecast and stocks.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education
-Bachelor degree with major in Automation related.
Knowledge/Languages
-Strong Automation related technical background;
-Excellent sales and marketing skills, especially in OEM and other project;
-Good command of verbal and written English.
Experience
-More than 5 years working experience in relative industry.
