POSITION NAME: C&B Manager DIVISION OR CORPORATE FUNCTION: Integrated Products
REVISION DATE: April 8,2014 LOCATION: Dong Guan

REPORTS TO: Direct report to Sr. HR Manager
SUPERVISES: C&B team HR officer& HR Assist
CONTACTS: Communicate with Department Manager to ensure them accepting compensation and benefit programs, proposal and results of projects.
Maintain ongoing relationships with external department or supplier, i.e. Legal Department, Labor Bureau, Social Insurance Bureau, Housing Fund Management Center, Bank, Tax Bureau, Consulting Providers etc. to ensure meet the requirements of both external and internal.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To lead the team and establish the expertise in compensation and benefits, to align remuneration strategy and practice with the company’s business strategy to ensure remuneration competitiveness as well as cost effectiveness.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to ensure complies with Molex C&B strategy, regional policies and all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards including resolve compensation & benefits issues
2 Annual performance review & salary adjustments
3 Review & modification of the incentive program(short-term, long-term incentive plans); stock option exercise; as well as reviewing of the other benefits schemes for the employees.
4. Compile/review, analyze and interpret salary and benefits surveys, determine Molex's strengths and weaknesses and make recommendation to management to ensure internal equitable and external competitiveness.
5. Perform cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, effect of promotion increases, pay structure movements, merit increase program and develop more cost-effective compensation programs.
6. Conduct job evaluations, and develop a competitive job, salary structure and career development plan; Consistently ensure that the structures are equitable and competitive.
7. Coach and advice line managers on handling people issues especially in terms of poor performance and breaches of discipline to manage potential legal risk.
8. Implement corporate CSR plan

SCOPE:

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: Bachelor Degree / professional qualification
PREFERRED: Master Degree

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: At least 8 years C&B experiences in MNC including 2 years and above managerial experience
PREFERRED:

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: Computer skills /English skills /Professional knowledge of C&B function
Be familiar with Legal Law and Regulations
Communication skills/Drive for result/Change management/Deliver Commitment
Manage Execution /Motivate Team
